9bt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

• Keeping your account information up to date is your responsibility.

KYC Verification

9bt conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) to meet legal requirements. KYC completion is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount or to access certain privileges. A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC.

Deposits on 9bt are accepted in BDT. Currently supported payment methods are Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded once completed.
• 9bt is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Withdrawing your winnings from 9bt is quick and straightforward. However, withdrawal requests will not be processed if certain conditions are not met. Please ensure the following before submitting a withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, completing the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be rejected or suspended for any of the following reasons: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, multiple accounts operated from the same IP, technical system errors, or suspected fraud.

• Cancelling bonus bets or placing wagers in irregular patterns will result in bonus forfeiture.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• 9bt's decision on all gaming matters is final.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• 9bt is not responsible for disconnections during live games; however, the game state will be saved.

Maximum Win Limit

Some games and bonuses may have a maximum win cap. This limit is stated on the relevant game information page. Any winnings exceeding the cap will automatically be reduced to the maximum limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bt platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of account balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to damage the system through hacking, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward staff.
• Filing false chargebacks or refund claims.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure, any verified balance will be returned.
